The Lyndhurst Community Pool serves the township by providing recreation swim time, as well as,swim classes, lessons, and competitions.

Q: What are the operating hours of the pool?
A: The pool is open for resident open swim Monday through Thursday 6pm-9pm and on Saturday 12noon-3pm.

Q: What are the membership fees to join the pool?
A: We've provided this list of pool membership fees for your convenience.

Q: Is the pool available to rent for private parties/functions?
A: Yes the pool is available for private rental inquire at 201-935-3493.

Q: Are showers and lockers provided?
A: Yes, we provide showers, a locker room, and lockers for our guests.

Q: Do you offer swim lessons?
A: We will offer a swim lesson program for ages 4-15 starting this summer and running throughout the year.

Swim Lessons at the Community Pool

The next session of swim lessons starts on February 11, 2011 at the Lyndhurst Community Pool. Please fill out a registration form and return it to the Lyndhurst Parks Department office, 250 Cleveland avenue if you wish to sign up.

Employment Opportunity



The Lyndhurst Community Pool is seeking a certified lifeguard to work part time at the pool. Must be available to work weekday daytime hours. No high school students,  seeking college students and up please.

Student Volunteers Needed


 
Student volunteers needed for Lyndhurst Pool Swim lessons program. The Lyndhurst Community Pool is seeking students in the 7th grade and older who are interested in assisting with our swim lessons program Saturday mornings in February and March at the pool. There are part time paid jobs available as well as community service hours.

Community Pool

Attn: Moms, dads or caregivers, The Lyndhurst Community Pool will be forming a water babies class at the pool on weekdays. This class is designed for Moms/Dads or caregivers to accompany their little one into the water and get them comfortable with a pool environment, while having some fun . Once there are enough people to form a class will we begin. If you are interested please e-mail poolinfo@lyndhurstnj.org for more information.
